Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy if the item is damaged AND the buyer does not want to go through insurance. The buyer will need to pay for return shipping with insurance and must provide photos of the damaged item(s) for insurance purposes.
We offer a 14-day return policy if the item is not as described within the item description and photos. The buyer will need to pay for return shipping and include insurance.
There is no refund if you have buyer's remorse after the item is shipped. If you would like a refund before the item is shipped, please contact us and we will issue a refund with a 5% restocking fee.
